At TTF Nutrition LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products while recognizing the nature of livestock feed and supplement use. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

The customer contacts TTF Nutrition within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date to request a return authorization

The return request is approved by TTF Nutrition prior to shipment
Opened, used, damaged, partially consumed, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except as required by applicable law.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used feed or supplements

Products used inconsistently with label directions

Products fed to species not listed on the product label

Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (if applicable)

Products returned without prior authorization
RETURN PROCESS

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping charges and any return shipping costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns; TTF Nutrition is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) days of delivery with supporting photos and order details. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.
Any replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect items is handled at TTF Nutrition’s sole discretion.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TTF Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, including porch theft or carrier misdelivery.
We may, at our discretion, assist with carrier claims; however, replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
REFUNDS
If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition, refunds will be issued to the original payment method at TTF Nutrition’s discretion, less any applicable shipping charges. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
RIGHT TO DENY RETURNS
TTF Nutrition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service.
