Use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling, including use in an animal species or application not expressly identified on the product label or product page, is done at the customer’s own risk. TTF Nutrition makes no representations regarding the safety or suitability of any product when used outside its labeled species or directions.
No Guaranteed Results
TTF Nutrition does not guarantee any specific results from the use of its products, including but not limited to weight gain, feed efficiency, performance, health outcomes, appearance, or show results. Individual results may vary significantly based on genetics, management practices, environment, overall nutrition program, health status, and adherence to product labeling and feeding directions.

Testimonials, reviews, examples, and endorsements reflect individual experiences and opinions and are not guarantees of results. Customers should not rely on testimonials or endorsements as assurances of performance, outcomes, or suitability.
No Veterinary or Professional Advice

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
All orders constitute an offer to purchase. TTF Nutrition reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been processed and an order confirmation has been issued. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy as posted on our website.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, or other charges unless expressly stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK OF LOSS
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title to and risk of loss pass to the customer upon transfer of products to the shipping carrier.
TTF Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked delivered by the carrier, including theft or misdelivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any assistance with carrier claims, replacements, or refunds is provided solely at TTF Nutrition’s discretion.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content included on or made available through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, formulations, text, images, graphics, videos, audio, packaging, labeling, testimonials, marketing materials, software, code, and the overall look and feel thereof (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by TTF Nutrition LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
Limited License
TTF Nutrition grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions

TTF Nutrition is powered by Shopify; however, all purchases are made directly with TTF Nutrition. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and TTF Nutrition.

Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
You grant TTF Nutrition a perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use any feedback, reviews, or submissions you provide.

TTF Nutrition may control the defense and settlement of any indemnified claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
SECTION 22 – ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration. Class actions and representative proceedings are waived.
SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
