At TTF Nutrition LLC, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
We ship orders using third-party carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection, shipping method, and routing are determined at our discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times provided at checkout or in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
TTF Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
RISK OF LOSS & TITLE
Title to and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TTF Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, including porch theft or carrier misdelivery.
ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. TTF Nutrition is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors
Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us within five (5) days of delivery.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied. Any replacement or refund is provided at TTF Nutrition’s sole discretion.
LOST PACKAGES & CARRIER CLAIMS
If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, we may assist with filing a carrier claim; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is not considered lost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. TTF Nutrition is not responsible for delays, refusals, or seizures by customs authorities.
